User Manual: Shortcut Keys
- 1 to 9: Set the camera view based on the numeric key. For example, pressing
1
sets view 1,2
sets view 2, and so on up to9
. - Delete / Del: Clears the current focus and disables
followObserver
andfollowObserverFocus
. - T: Toggle tracing for all planets:
- If tracing is enabled, all
trace
booleans are set totrue
(traces all planets). - If disabled, all
trace
booleans are set tofalse
(disables tracing for all planets).

- C: Clears all traces for every planet and celestial body, removing orbit markers.
- Space: Toggles
followObserver

for the current focus point or planet.
Focus Shortcuts (Hold Shift + Key)
- Shift + S: Focus on the Sun.
- Shift + D: Focus on the Moon.
- Shift + M: Focus on Mars.
- Shift + V: Focus on Venus.
- Shift + J: Focus on Jupiter.
- Shift + P: Focus on Pluto.
- Shift + N: Focus on Neptune.
- Shift + U: Focus on Uranus.
- Shift + E: Focus on Mercury.
- Shift + A: Focus on Saturn.
- Shift + R: Clear any current focus.
Visibility Controls
- Shift + O: Show or hide all observers and celestial objects, including:
- Planets: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto.
- Stars: Mimosa, Arcturus, Arcux, Imai, Polaris, Vega, Regulus.
- Additional markers: North Celestial Pole (NCP) and South Celestial Pole (SCP) markers.
- Shift + I: Toggle the display of the User Interface (UI) elements on or off.
Save Configuration (Hold Ctrl + Key)
- Ctrl + X: Saves the current configuration, including visibility, focus, and trace settings. A notification will confirm the save.
